User: Any individual or entity using the Portal, including Job Seekers and Employers.
Content: Any data, text, resumes, job postings, or other materials uploaded to the Portal.
3. User Responsibilities
For Job Seekers:
Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
Maintain confidentiality of login credentials.
Do not misrepresent qualifications, experience, or identity.
Consent to being contacted by Employers.
For Employers:
Provide legitimate job opportunities and accurate company details.
Do not post discriminatory, fraudulent, or misleading listings.
Comply with U.S. labor.
Use candidate data only for recruitment-related purposes.
4. Data Collection & Privacy
We collect and use data as described in our [Privacy Policy], in compliance with applicable U.S..
We collect:
Job Seekers: Name, contact info, resume, work history, education, skills, preferences.
Employers: Company name, contact info, job postings, hiring preferences.
By using the Portal, you consent to:

5. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
Post false, misleading, discriminatory, or unlawful content.

6. Job Listings & Applications
Employers are responsible for content and legality of listings.

7. Fees & Payments

All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.
Employers must complete payment before job posts go live.
8. Intellectual Property
All site content (logos, text, software) is our property or used with permission.
Users retain rights to their own uploads but grant us a license to use content for Portal operation.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
Job or hiring outcomes.
Accuracy of user-submitted content.
Data breaches despite reasonable security.
Indirect or consequential damages from site use.
10. Termination & Suspension
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms without prior notice. Users may also delete accounts at any time.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of USA. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration or courts located in USA.
